No worries!

Hey guys… I’m too tired to set my mind in Finnish so you just need to deal with my sloppy English this time. Don’t mind the typos. We’d not been posting anything cos the last 3 days we spent on a PARADISE: surfing with dolphins, lying on untouched beaches that are so remote your mobile phones aren’t working, hanging around the camp fire with sexy surfer dudes… You jealous ay?

Well, I’ma tell you about our 5-day surf camp a little later.  First I wanna let you all know how amazing our weekend was ;) (just to make you even more green w envy.) It had been raining most of the time we had been here and our host family blamed us for bringing the bad weather with us from Finland. Too bad. Luckily on Sat morning the sun was finally shining from a clear sky so Fanni and I decided to get a little touristy and hit the beach. Since we had already been to Bondi, we decided to check out Manly. After an amazing 30-min ferry ride from Sydney Harbour (pics below), we found a beach that was smaller but better than Bondi. Fanni swam in the ocean for the first time and boooy she enjoyed! We both had heaps of fun.

On Sat evening we were supposed to go out and experience the crazy night life in King’s Cross, but none of us was on the party mood so we (James, Fanni and I) skipped the bar and went to Hyde Park instead & had a nice liquor picnic there. J + F headed home pretty soon after midnight but I wanted to experience the life of an Australian bum, so I spent the night in Hyde Park under a starry sky (don’t worry Ma, I was in a good company). At 5 am I had a lovely morning walk across Darling Harbour. I had the greatest time.

On Sunday James took two Finnish girls (us, if you didn’t get it) to the Taronga Zoo! B/c pics tell more than words, I’m not gonna say anything more, except for I’m determined to bring a platypus, a koala and a tiger cub to Finland, no matter what the customs thinks.
